1. General
Horses of Zachanox / Lina Zachanox is a company based in Sweden. We sell digital products, online courses, and printed books worldwide through our webshop at zachanox.com, and within Sweden via zachanox.se.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The terms apply to both digital products and printed books.
2. Prices and Payment
All payments must be made in advance before delivery. Through Klarna, you may choose to pay later via installment plans or invoice.
Secure payment is available via Stripe (card or Klarna) and PayPal (card or account).
All prices are stated in Euro and include EU VAT for EU countries.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of ordering applies.
The checkout displays the total price including any applicable discounts.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
3. Orders and Delivery
Correct information must be provided when placing an order, including email address and delivery address. Incorrect information may result in delays or failure to receive the product.
If a digital product has not been received, always check your spam or junk folder. We will always resend login details when needed, regardless of the reason. Please contact su*****@******ox.com.
All printed books are produced via print-on-demand and are shipped directly from the printing house to you. We use trackable shipping to all available countries.
Estimated delivery time for printed books is 1-4 weeks, depending on where you live. Delays may occur.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel an order for printed books within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been forwarded to the printer, it cannot be cancelled. As printed books are produced specifically for you via print-on-demand, no right of withdrawal applies under the Distance Selling Act.
For unclaimed letters or packages, we charge you for the order and postage-fee. Unclaimed letters or packages cannot be exercised with the Rights of Return.
On rare occasions where the tracking information states the package is delivered but the customer disputes this, the customer must agree to contact their local post office of the shipping company. Lina Zachanox does not take responsibility for these cases.
Digital products, such as ebooks and online courses, cannot be returned or cancelled due to their digital nature.
Complaints
In the event of shipping damage or printing defects, please contact us at su*****@******ox.com and include photo documentation. The images must clearly show that the damage occurred during transport, or that it is a printing defect not related to the manuscript, such as missing pages, duplicate printing, or other defects that render the book unusable.
The printing house and shipping provider are responsible for their respective services. Zachanox acts solely as an intermediary between you and the service providers.
Minor variations in color tone, contrast, paper, or print quality may occur and are not considered printing defects. Spelling errors or other errors in the manuscript are also not considered printing defects and are not valid grounds for complaint.
5. Privacy and GDPR
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Please note that deleting all data will result in loss of access to purchased digital products. You may choose to delete parts of your data only.

We only share your personal data with companies directly involved in fulfilling your order, such as our accounting firm, payment providers, printing facilities, and shipping companies. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Use of Products and Content
All products are intended for personal use only and may only be used for their intended purpose.
All content on the website and in the products is protected by copyright. Copying, distribution, resale, or any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Lina Zachanox reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access in cases of suspected illegal activity, harassment, or violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee any specific results from our products.
We are not responsible for injuries or damages to horses, persons, or property that may occur through the use of our products.
All use of the products is at your own risk.
Persons under the age of 18 should use the products under adult supervision.
Any use of the website by individuals under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not guarantee any result from our products. Lina Zachanox or any person related to the company will not be held accountable for any damages or injuries to horse(s), person(s), or property made, whist using or replicating our product or in any connection to our products. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release Lina Zachanox from all liability for any act of negligence or want of ordinary care. In joining any or all courses, or ebooks/books, with agreeing to these terms, you waiver, release, and discharge Lina Zachanox , employees, representatives, instructors, heirs, and assigns from all claims or liability for injury to any animal, person, or property.
Lina Zachanox does not recommend using any of the products for persons under 18 without parental, guardian, or grown-up supervision.
zachanox.com does not knowingly collect data from persons under 16. Any use of the site under the age of 18 must be done with a parent or guardian’s approval.
Any use of the site, products, or downloads made to and from our site is done by your own volition. Lina Zachanox will not be held accountable for damage caused to your mobile unite, computer, tablet, or other means of usage.
BY AGREEING TO THIS TERMS, YOU AT THIS MOMENT WAIVE LINA ZACHANOX OF ALL POSSIBLE LIABILITY AND WILL CONSULT YOUR TRAINER, HORSE PHYSICIAN, OR VETERINARIAN BEFORE EXECUTING ON ANY INFORMATION LEARNED OR INTERPRETED FROM THIS WEBSITE.

We follow the” Allmänna reklamationsnämndens,” The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) of Sweden, and the Swedish law if any dispute occurred.
Lina Zachanox reserves the right for any delays, technical issues, postponement of release dates, and inaccurate product information. Lina Zachanox reserve the rights for price changes in the online shop without any prior notice. Orders made before the price change will remain the same.
